- The school believes that creation of habits and a positive mental attitude should be the main focus in Classes nursery to pp2
- The children of these classes will be assessed on their writing, speaking, understanding, listening and observation skill. The teacher will be free to conduct the tests in written, oral or activity-oriented method.
- It is the belief of the school that the children must feel emotionally safe. Further, that competition among peers must not be based on marks. The focus of the school is on continuous improvement by careful analysis of the mistakes being committed by the student.
- In keeping with above belief, and adhering to the norms of CBSE, no marks will be given for any test of these classes. The students will be given grades.

- To promote healthy competition among the students in academics it is essential that the student feels emotionally safe. Being non-judgmental is regarded as one of the best ways to bring about good study habits and helping children become life- long learners.
- CBSE has been advocating a system of grading in place of marks to make learning more effective. In scholastic area grades are awarded on a 8 point grading scale and in co-scholastic area grades are awarded on 3 point grading scale.
- Assesment will be in two terms MID TERM AND FINAL TERM. In midterm pre mid terms are included and in final term post mid terms are included.
